Did you know that Speedy Goanna has worked on mining sites all over Australia?

Like many miners, he faced loneliness while working in harsh environments away from his loved ones. To cope with this, he would hold onto his favourite toy at night and encouraged his family to do the same to feel connected despite feeling worlds apart.

He shows her support for charities by wearing a pink or blue work shirt, a colour often associated with special fundraising campaigns, such as mental health and breast cancer. Speedy’s scan code story can be found on the swing tag and his removable clothing is always fun to play dress up!
